Do I need to buy anything else?  

All you will need to buy is the food for the cleanse. All the guides, plans and supplements will be taken care of for you.  

What kind of cleanse is this?

This is a cleanse that focuses on full body and organ sytem detoxification and elimination. It acts as a liver, gallbladder, colon, kidney and blood cleanser. It is plant based, no dairy, no soy, no corn, no gluten or any animal products of any kind. 

What is the pre-cleanse?  

The pre-cleanse is the first 7 days of the 30 day cleanse. This 7 day period you will eat normally but include a green smoothie. You do not need to follow any specific meal plan during these 7 days. This allows your body to ease into the full detox for the remaining 21 days.  

Can I do this detox if I'm on medications?  

Always consult your primary care physician before starting any detox program when you are currently taking medications or prescriptions. There are certain serious conditions that require consistent blood levels of medications. Any change in diet can cause a change in your blood absorption, and an increase or decrease of the concentration of medicine in your blood as a result.
